Thank you for choosing MyVisionX. We are committed to delivering your smart gear safely and efficiently. By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms outlined in this shipping policy.
1. Processing Times
All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment.

Verification & Packaging: Most orders are processed, quality-checked, and packed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or national bank holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We work to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Once your order has been processed, our standard shipping timelines apply:

Standard Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days for primary shipping zones.

Extended Delivery Windows: Depending on your specific location, local customs processing speeds, or regional logistical constraints, delivery can take up to 15 business days.
3. Order Tracking
Once your package hands off to our shipping carrier, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to track your shipment's journey in real-time. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.
4. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
While we make every effort to meet our estimated delivery windows, MyVisionX is not liable for transit delays caused by factors outside of our direct control. These include, but are not limited to: severe weather events, postal or carrier strikes, customs clearance backlogs, international border restrictions, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the buyer at checkout.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
The buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees applied to the shipment by their destination country. MyVisionX does not collect these fees beforehand and cannot predict what they may be.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Wrongly Delivered Packages
Please verify your shipping details thoroughly before finalizing your purchase. MyVisionX is not responsible for orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If your tracking status shows the item as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
